    I was trying to update my xp pro (genuine and validated), but I'm ending up with the following message and error code

    "The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem" 

         error code 0x80004005.

    This is happening recently and was able to update until know.

    Please help me solving this problem.
