    Hello Experts,

    I have a silverlight application hosted on Windows Server 2008 with one static IP provided by ISP. I have a registered Domain and i forward all requests from that domain to my static IP.

    For Application, I have about 100 to 1000 users with sometime 200-500 concurrent user uploading/downloading files. When more than 50 people use the upload/download, the server goes down and shows error server not found. I asked my ISP to upgrade the line but the maximum bandwidth they provide is 4mb dedicated which doesn't seem enough!

    Is there any network specialist that can give me an idea how to resolve this issue?

    Given the load that you have to cope with, it sounds like your only option will be to increase the bandwidth (though what size are the files ?). If this ISP cannot provide more bandwidth, then you'll probably have to find another ISP
