There was a Microsoft Certified SharePoint Architect certification until early September, 2013. The Microsoft Certified SharePoint Master and Microsoft Certified Architect programs were discontinued at that point. There is no current certification for SharePoint Architect. The closest certification (and it isn't really anywhere close) would be the Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE):

If you are searching for Architecture certificate in general you can check TOGAF and Open Group, also IASA

for SharePoint there is consultancy training that i found but didn't try, not sure if Paul or any once can advice about it

from Microsoft there is operation framework for the life cycle not Architecture it is on same category as ITIL that can help
