SyncToy Malfunction

    I use SyncToy 2.1 and run Windows 7.  Within the last month I have repeatedly had a problem trying to sync folder pairs.  I have created new folders 3 times and each time get the same reading.  "Failed to execute folder pair 'new sync.'  Could not locate S:\Henry.Bouffard\."  I have had my IT guy look at it and we can't figure it out. It seems to work when we create the new folder pair but then fails.  Please let me know what is wrong.  Thank you---hpb
