CRM 2015 Outlook ADD-in (unable to configure it) RRS feed

  • Hi there.

    Dynamics CRM 2015 on server side, Outlook 2013 on client side.

    We have installed CRM For Outlook 2013 add-in.

    After the configuration runs we get an error.

    If we open CRM web page thru IE it opens fine:

    If we put "the same address" in CRM 2015 Outlook ADD-in, we recieve an error:

    Which address should we use?

  • From the error, looks like you haven't turn on your WIF 3.5.

    If you are using Windows 8, go to Control Panel->Programs->Program and Features->Turn Windows Feature on or off->Check on Windows Identity Foundation 3.5
