    we have  a UCMA application which is a robot. The robot automatically setup the outbound call to our customers. we want to do it parallelly via many phone lines. Can I assign these phone lines(phone numbers) to one UCMA application? if can, how to do and how to let UCMA call out by different lines?

    You cannot assign different phone numbers to one account in OCS
    You may need to create different robots for every line
