how to set the AsyncSdkRootDomain in 2 CRM Applicatrion servers RRS feed

  • Dears;

    i have 2 CRM Application servers load balanced

    how to set the AsyncSdkRootDomain in the DB as i had to put only one server , but when that server is down the workflow don't work

    kindly advice ASAP

  • You have also to define subnet mask in both crm servers

    you should set up a NLB which provides you a virtual 'host' which you can use.

  • we have already a H/W Load Balance

    and i already have a Load balance IP but when i edit AsyncSdkRootDomain with the load balance ip , it also didn't work

  • Hi,

    you have to use the FQDN (not the IP) of your cluster to configure your environment. Use crmcluster.yourdomain.tld as value for AsyncSdkRootDomain (if applicable). The article which I have provided describes all necessary steps.

  • this also didn't work

    can i ask will it affect when hosting another web site with the CRM Default website on the same server

    i have made the crm website listen on a specific IP instead of "ALL Unassigned"

    and the other site listen to a different IP

    will this affect
