outlook client can't connect to on-premise CRM RRS feed

  • Hi all

    I'm having problems connecting a CRM client to an on-premise CRM. The funny thing is that when I browse to the server with a browser I get logon windows when I'm using the server name but not when I'm using the IP. It doesn't matter if I have the site in trusted sites/local intranet. I can browse the disco and organization web services so it's a bit weird.

    Any ideas where to start troubleshooting this?

    run Fiddler and let us know what errors do you get.
