Problem Finding Microsoft CRM Online Basic Licenses To Add To An Existing Office 365 Account RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are looking into using Microsoft CRM Online, in conjunction with our Office 365 subscriptions.

We have started a trial of the 'Pro' version (which is not a problem) but we think that some of our users will eventialy only need the 'Basic' version. But I cannot find the basic subscription licenses in the list.

    Any idea?

  • Hello,

CRM trial version does not comes with basic license option, a  trial will come with 25 licenses and all of them shall be professional. However you can handle that by security roles.

    Hope this helps!

  • Thanks for the reply, but that's not what I mean.

I am happy with the trial, but when the trial ends, what do I do if I want to add 'Basic' licenses? ...  as they are not listed.

  • Once the trial is over or about to be over I suggest you can contact their sales team to purchase basic licenses. I don't think you would get that option in case you are buying it online.
