Time out Error when going offline with CRM 2015 Outlook client

  Hi there,

  When the user clicks on the go offline button the user is getting the below exception in dialog box: 

  'Time out has expired and the operation has not been completed'.

  I have checked her offline privileges and everything seems fine.

  Any ideas?
