"Cases" entitity missing in CRM RRS feed

    I'm trying to set up CRM.  I have a book that references "Cases", but cannot find it in CRM.  It is not in the Service area, or any area for that matter.  Does anyone know how this could be possible?

  • There could be several reasons for not seeing cases; it could be you don't have permission, or it's been removed from SiteMap, or it's been renamed.

     

    The default services area has Service Calendar, Cases, Accounts, COntacts, Knowledge Base, Contracts, Products and Services in that order.

     

    Note that the schema name of case is incident, though the display name is Case
