CRM 2011 Bug?: Search article by keyword not working. RRS feed

  • Hi. I have a CRM Organization with a number of Articles in it. If you click the search bar above the list view of the articles, you get a ribbon for that search, where you can choose different types of searches.

    If I pick Search by Keyword (Either exact match or approximate), I only find older articles. It used to work for every article, but suddenly new articles being written do not appear, even if they are identical in every way to articles that do appear. Same keywords, same everything.

    What's especially odd is that I can tell that they keywords are in place, because when I do an advanced search and choose keywords contains "keyword" as my filter, they appear as they are supposed to. 

    This seems like a CRM bug, but I have  been unable to find anyone else experiencing the same problem.

    Does anyone have a hint as to what may be causing this?
