  • How to troubleshoot problems that you may experience when you try to activate an Office product:

  • The method for removal of the data.dat file seems to have corrected the problem.


    Thank you for the assistance.


    Though the program seems to be working I am still curious as why this would occur. Thank you, in advance, for your insight on this situation.
