off topic - can't receive messages

  I recently stopped receiving messages to my windows live inbox.  I also use Microsoft Entourage.  Everything was fine until i stopped getting msgs. with Live and now my msgs come to Entourage via a folder on my computer instead of my regular inbox.  How do I fix this?  Also some of my outgoing msgs aren't received by others until hrs. after I send them.
