We are using campaigns extensively in our CRM Online environment. The process is:
Schedule the campaign
Record the responses
Where we are getting hung up is what to do after we get the response. We have already captured the Account Name, Contact, Address, etc from the campaign response - when we convert the campaign response to a lead - it basically asks us to re-enter all
of the data (Account Name, Company Name). Is there a way to automate this so the information is copied over automatically?
The ideal workflow/business process is:
Create a campaign called webinar
Record the campaign responses for those who registered
After the webinar is completed, take those who attended and convert them into leads for follow up
