  • Gregs,

Your Windows is genuine. The problem is you have a blocked Volume Licensing Key of Microsoft Office Professional 2003. Curious you mentioned purchasing the program directly from MSN. MSN is the website but what physical company did you locate using MSN to purchase Office from? At this point I would recommend for you to file a piracy report by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/piracy and then follow the guidance there.

    Thank you Gregs,

    Stephen

  • Hi Stephen
thank you so much for your prompt reply.  I am however confused, you are saying our Windows is genuine but you suggest we file a piracy report?

We purchased the software from Microsoft, Singapore, Inv number: 5004554669 on 26 May 2006.
    cheers Greg
