    We are experience service outages with some of the online labs servers at the moment. We are working on resolving the issue. If you are unable to launch an online lab, please try again after a short while, or check back on this page for an update on the lab server status. Apologies for any inconvenience, and we will have the service restored as soon as possible.

    Are you all still having issues with the labs?  If so, can you provide details on the issues you are facing?  Please provide site URL, course numbers, and repro steps of the issues you are facing.

    Course: 3387
    Site is very slow (tolerable)
    Launch Lab A or Launch Lab B ; first module; Virtual Labs attempt to load for about 4 or 5 minutes, then a blank page loads (timeout)
    In short, I can't access the labs.
    more than a little frustrating. WIll try again from another location.

     I am still experiencing Lab issues.  My current course is Forecasting and Trend Analysis using Microsoft Office Excel 2003 (Course 4002).  When I click on the Launch button, It gives me a (javascript 0) Error at the title bar at the bottom.  Nothing happens.  No loading, no change of page, nothing.
    Please help.

    Alicia,

    The lab servers are down again. Can someone please look into the servers. I have been trying to get on all day and nothing works.
