Hi, on CRM 2016 on premise I am interested in how we can set our default start page when we log on to crm. I found this article https://www.crmsoftwareblog.com/2017/01/personalize-dynamics-365-crm-home-page/
which describes it quite og. My problem is that I do not want to see Activities, but phone calls, which are a subset of activities. And this cannot be selected from personal optoins. I cna select e.g. Default pane = Sales (or Workplace) and Default Tab = Activities.
And then it would work with any view (even cusotm ones) from inside Activities, but I cannot make it work with like Phone Calls --> My Phone Calls. any idea how this can be achieved?
You can use in XrmToolBox, sitemap editor and add a "phonecall" subarea. After it you will have access to the "phone call" entity in the default tab in your options.
Kind regards,
Mohamed
