  I have returned my old PC that I activated my Windows Live OneCare on. I was having a lot of problems with it so Best Buy took it back. Problem is I installed the software on it, and have no idea what my ID is to install another pc on the subscription. I am lost. What are my options? Seeings that I already spent money on the software I am not too crazy on spending more money on another copy. How can I find the old ID or simply install the software on my new laptop?
