  • Hello,

    How do i go about hiding Queues so that a logged on User can only see certain Queues .. ? I would like each user in the system to see their own Queue and their Team Queue but CRM Defaults and allows users to see all the Queues in CRM .

    What are the best options for filtering Queues.

  • Hi, on the security roles that are assigned to the user and team, set the read privilege for the queue to user access level as shown in figure below.

    Append, Append to, assign and share permissions also can be set to same access level.
