CRM 3.0 Outlook client error. RRS feed

  • Hello all,

    As the subject states above I keep receiving the message "An error occured loading Microsoft CRM functionality. Try restarting Microsoft Outlook." The client that is installed is the laptop (offline client)

    The installation I used was with the V3C update for Outlook 2007 and then used the Update rollup 2 but it still does not resolve my issues. I hope someone out there may have experienced this or possibly have another workaround or solution. Thanks very much for any help you can provide. Thanks!

    Make sure that the user exists in CRM. if not add that particular user and re install the Client.
