What is the forum to ask questions about XP Professional and Microsoft Copyright Issues?

What is the forum to discuss XP Professional copyright issues? I was sold XP Professional with the COA removed. Seller tells me to use a COA from any other machine that I may have. Is that OK or does this violate any copyright issues?

Are you sure that a question about XP copyright issues should be posted in the "Windows Client TechCenter > Windows XP IT Pro Forums > Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3)" forum??? The Moderator's description says that forum deals with installation of SP3 for Windows - not copyright issues for Windows XP.Friday, January 29, 2010 4:26 PM
