  • According to your MGA Report, you have a Dell Inspiron PC.  However, you have a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate installed that belongs on an HP computer.  Apparently, you or someone else installed Windows 7 Ultimate using an OEM HP Windows 7 Ultimate Recovery disc.  This why your Windows 7 installation is being flagged as "non-genuine".  In order to correct this non-genuine issue, you will either have to reformat your hard drive, reinstall your original Dell Windows operating system, then purchase a genuine upgrade edition of Windows 7 and install it.  Or you could purchase a "Full Version" of a Windows 7 edition, reformat your hard drive, then install Windows 7 directly.  You can conveniently purchase genuine Windows 7 from the  Microsoft Store.
