I have tried everything. Every toubleshooting site, every USB port on my computer, everything. I just got this phone on October 4th 2009, and I really want an answer before I try to return it.

Ok, lets get a little more info so we can help

What OS on your PC?

Do you have Outlook installed on your PC?

Did you try unchecking Advanced Network Functionality
Go to Start > Settings > Connection USB to PC. Check or uncheck Advanced network functionality. Then connect your device again.
