I HAD THIS PROBLEM ONCE BEFORE AND TECH SUPPORT SENT ME A LINK TO A WINDOWS SOFTWARE REMOVAL TOOL (NOT THE MLICIOUS ONE) BUT I LOST IT WHN MY HARD DRIVE CRASHED AND I HAD TO REINSTALL . DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN REDONLOAD THE WINDOWS TOOL
