Hi Devi
To add to CRM_Developer 's answers. If you want to sign in with, say 3 different users, A, B and C. all the three users should be present in CRM as a pre-requisite.
To add users in CRM:
Start CRM with an existing user. If you havent created any user till now, then you need to access crm using the account with which you installed the system.
Go to Settings --> Administration --> Users.
Then add users. You have option to add one user or multiple user.
Hope this helps

- Substitute username with the user’s name that you want to use.
- Substitute server with the name of the server CRM is installed on.
- Substitute organization with the name of the CRM organization you want to login to.if i open "C:\Windows\System32\runas.exe" this in RUN prompt.,It Opened and suddenly Closed i can't type that username.how to solve this?

you can sign in as a different user by holding shift and right clicking internet explorer and put in the login details of the other user
then open CRM and put in the login details again

You cannot find password information about users in CRM. These users are active directory users.
you cannot change the username this is the domain\active directory user. This is how you link the active directory user to a user in CRM
you can change the first name and Last name and these are shown in CRM.

I am actually having the same issue. I have Dynamics CRM 2013, and i.e. 11. Every time I try and log back into the system it defaults to my name. I need to log in with a test account, but there seems to be no way to clear my credentials so I can log in as the test account. If I sign out, and go back in, it still pulls my original credentials.Monday, March 3, 2014 10:59 PM
