Cisco Telephone Integration for MS Dynamics CRM 2011 & 2013 RRS feed

  • I want a desktop application which will communicate with MS Dynamics CRM 2011/2013 through Cisco Provider.

    When i ever i got it should show related CRM record in Desktop application with call history,etc...

    I don't want to open a CRM again. Every thing should done from desktop application.

    Is Cisco providing any API related stuff for call management ?

    Can any one an idea on Cisco integration with MS Dynamics CRM.

    If you have a TAPI driver for your Cisco you can use our product.
