Installing From Trial to Subscription

Question

I keep getting the product key is already in use. I've been trying for almost a week to get this program installed, both by the disc bought at Staples and from your download. When I tried to insert the key it won't change over the 15 day trial offer. Message 8059 keeps popping up.Sunday, February 24, 2008 4:53 AM

A retail key can only be used once. If you have never successfully activated a subscription you should either exchange your retail copy at Staples or contact OneCare support to confirm that you didn't already create a subscription and have encountered a problem where the status was not brought back down to your installed copy during that activation.

We shall see what support has to say. BTW, it took forever to find a good support link on your site and also a retail key can be used to activate more than one computer in the circle.

I have just installed the 90 day Free Trial however the Live OneCare window is telling me that I only have 15 days
Whats the GO with that?
Is the 90 day trial just a CON to get people to download the software?

You get 90 days if this is the first time you install OneCare from http://onecare.live.com
You get 15 days if it was installed previously or if you install from CD.
