Problem in Importing Phone Call through csv file RRS feed

  • Hi all,
    I want to import 500 records of phone call using csv file.
    These records should have status reason as transferred. I created a data map with StatusReason field mapped to StatusReason in csv. But while importing through CRM it is ignoring this column saying that this column is not valid for create\update. Any solution????

  • I suggest you import all the phonecalls with a default status reason.

    You can then run a workflow all the imported phonecalls to change anything you want.
