CRM 2011-CISCO Soft Phone Integration RRS feed

  • Our Client has Dynamics CRM 2011 with Outlook and CISCO hard and soft phones installed.

    We wnat to use TAPI (click to call type features), i.e. in MSCRM or Outlook click on a phone number and have the number “automagically” dial and you talk on the phone.

    Can somebody please suggest something in this direction?
