Onecare is hanging at "URGENT Connect to finish installation" RRS feed

  • I am connected and when I click "retry" it does nothing.  I am connected to the internet (as you can tell by this email!) and I have reinstalled the software, and there are NO conflicting software apps installed.  PLEASE HELP.  I am upset that there is no software support center to get answers and that I have to go to an open forum.
