I have a problems:
1. User created an email template to use in the crm 2011 (within the outlook 2010). Every time s/he (it happens in 2 systems/pcs [same hardware, same software to the version level]) trying to add thus template, it seems to load it but it doesn`t show in
the email. On my computer (same hardware/software as the other 2 pcs), it is working.How do I fix it?
2. Same users as above, when they do send an email it doesn`t track the email in the activity. They use outlook to edit and send the emails.
How do I fix that?
Please help.
