You need to open this report in report designer (SQL Server BI studio) Modify it and then update report using CRM interface.

Hi,
Yes, you can fix the alignment issue in .rdl file using Business Intelligence Development Studio and can also add the company logo (http://beyondrelational.com/blogs/jason/archive/2010/04/18/ssrs-reports-using-embedded-images.aspx)
