    By default, the body of the email that opens when clicking "Email a Link" from the ribbon in CRM contains the record's primary attribute (i.e. Name) and the link. Is there a way to customize the default email to include other fields of information?

    Hi Sarah,

    Unfortunately there isn't an easy way - you would need to create your own custom version of that button and add into additional information via a custom Javascript Action that then opens a mailto: link.
