How to decrypt MSN Plus file with extension *.PLE RRS feed

    To Whom it may concern,

     

    I just doing a favor for my friend. He forgot the MSN password and unable to recover the password. I have contacted Microsoft technical department i am understand there is no solution for it.


    So any expert here able to help to decrypt the *.PLE file, some information is very important to him.
