Delete a partner case RRS feed

  • I am still new to CRM 2011 and one of my users created a partner case instead of a regular case, now this partner case shows up across the board in every persons; cases, and activities no matter what permissions, team or BU the person is in they will have this one case in there.

    I changes the owner, Queue, the person it is assigned to, I don't know what else I can do can you help me with this
