trying to renew my subsciption to live one care RRS feed

    Hi,

    I paid the 50 dollars to renew my one care and when i go to the live one care on my computer and hit subscribe and enter in my email and password i get unable to verify one care account status.  I waited a few days with no protection on my computer and tried again, same error.  i then uninstalled the program, reinstalled it, and got the same message

    If it is reporting "unable to verify account status" confirm that you are using the correct LiveID. Were you able to activate after the reinstall? What is the status of your subscription at http://billing.microsoft.com
