Better support for IE6?! RRS feed

  • Question

  • The support in this forum for the IE6 browser is attrocious. It's not an issue at home, but here at work where the "Standard Operating Environment" still hasn't caught up with 2002, these forums are virtually unusable. Thread headers end up in the middle of thread text, and replying to a thread causes a set of controls to randomly move around the screen as you try and enter anything. I don't think I could have made a site more user-unfriendly if I tried. (other than black text on a black background:)

Is there not a portal with "basic" CSS 2.0 without all the flashy-____?

  • We have a bug logged for this issue. (General usability of Forums in IE 6). We've been discussing it and looking to have the fix on our August Release. This is rough estimate but as August release comes closer, I/We'll provide a list of bug fixes.

    Thanks.
