Invalid Licence report after using CCleaner

-
Hello I have just uninstalled a few programs including antivirus eg. Malwarebytes, norton, Adaware, comodo and then ran CCleaner and then a message appeared saying that an unauthorised change was made to windows etc.
I don't understand why this has happened - please can you help me to fix the problem?
Many thanks
Tom
