    DEAR GENTLEMEN:

I PURCHASED THE WINDOWS LIVE ONECARE PROGRAM ON MARCH 05, 2007.  MY ACCOUNT ID#00000-00000-[deleted].

I TRIED TO UPDATE MY BACKUP AND THE COMPUTER WAS UNABLE TO FIND THE PROGRAM.

WHAT IS WRONG?  I TRIED TO REACTIVATE BUT IT DOESN'T WORK.  PLEASE HELP ME, AS MY COMPUTER IS PROBABLY UNPROTECTED AT THIS TIME.

What do you mean by "update my backup....find the program" and "reactivate?"

Is OneCare on your PC? Do you have a shield in the system tray near the clock that has a 1 in it? It should be green.

On the Start menu, under All Programs, there should be an entry for Windows Live OneCare.

You can verify your subscription status by signing in at http://billing.microsoft.com with the same LiveID (email address) used to originally activate.
