Windows Jigsaw won't load

    I have used this app for at least 3 years.  I am using Windows 10 and it was updated just before this started to happen. It won't load anymore.  The screen comes up and the almost immediately goes to a black screen the says "loading".  It does that for about 3 seconds and then the whole thing disappears and goes back to my desktop.  PLEASE HELP!
