SharePoint Migration using DocAve tool

Question
-
When I am trying to migrate live data from Sharepoint 2007 to 2010 using DocAve too, not able to send the folder of 14GB from source to destination folder. Getting an Exception error. After this, migration was cancelling. There are many files/folders on this folder. Able to copy each folder on this root folder but not the root folder.
Not able to understand the reason of this failure. is it due to high data or any other reason ?
Checked all weblinks but couldn't find any resolution of this. Could someone please help me ?
Thanks
Narendra

Seems like the issue is due to the corrupted or deleted file. Able to see access that file through Windows Explorer. But not on SharePoint.
Thanks

If you think the issue is file system corruption I'd ask over here.

This is "where is" forum for direction on where best to ask questions. No answers are given here, just direction. So I'd re-ask over here.

Are you using trial version. If yes, This may be due to size restrictions. Ask Docave support about the maximum migration size limitations. Every third party migration tool has such size limitations. You can try Vyapin Dockit migrator and check if you can migrate 14GB data from source to destination folder.Friday, May 15, 2020 7:25 AM
