Can't access mcpdigitalcert.com and download certificate.

Question
-
From this page https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/tools/WelcomeKitValidateAddress.aspx, clicking the link "Log on to MCP Digital Certification tool" I can't go to https://www.mcpdigitalcert.com/ - it redirects me back to default page of the MCP-site. If I enter mcpdigitalcert.com directly into search string of IE, in returns ASP.Net-error (that tells me a lot about this site's developer). I did check this also from clear virtual machine to make sure that the problem is not caused by my comp's settings.
Pls, who has certs - try to download one of it from this site and let me know if it works in your case.Wednesday, January 6, 2010 9:37 PM

https://www.mcpdigitalcert.com/MCPDownload/CertificateManager.aspx works for me without any problem
What sometimes helps is first logging off from any and all websites that use a liveID for logon, even on other PC's that you may be using
I think that sometimes something goes wrong with a server side session state that is maintained and linked to the LiveID

Thanks for check.
Actually this started after I deleted a couple of cookies from my comp. I did it because couldn't log off from the MCP-site. All this system looks curious.
I realize that I caused these troubles and something wrong is with sesion, but I repeat that I checked it from clear virtual machine...Wednesday, January 6, 2010 10:38 PM -

I found how to access it.Some vague description is here: http://blogs.msdn.com/trika/archive/2006/11/16/if-you-can-t-get-to-the-mcp-site-because-you-lost-your-access-code-or-it-expired.aspxI just found the letter that I received after my first certification - it's subject is "Verification E-Mail", first words:Thank you for registering with Microsoft.com.Final StepTo verify that you own this e-mail address, click,<hyper_link>,and clicked again that link. Verification went well and I've got access to certs site again.Wednesday, January 13, 2010 9:44 PM

As appeared previously decribed method is not a remedy. Finally I found that all what is needed is to delete file "C:\Documents and Settings\<comp_name>\Cookies\<comp_name>@www.mcpdigitalcert[1].txt" and restart browser.Wednesday, January 20, 2010 4:02 AM
