windows 7 genuine advantage issue. help needed

Question
-
I've seen a lot of posts related to this issue and it seems best practice to open my own thread...
I have an e-Machines computer I bought about 2 years ago and today the copy of windows is not genuine. I have taken the hard drive out of the e-Machines computer and put it on a new motherboard, updated drivers, but did not reimage or reinstall the O/S.
Below is the info from MS Genuine Advantage Diagnstics. The rearm count is at 2 and I did not run the rearm command.

An eMachines OEM SLP license is tied directly to an eMachines designed motherboard. That license is non-transferrable to a non-eMachines motherboard. Unfortunately, that OEM SLP license for Windows 7 Home Premium is no longer valid with a different motherboard. You'll need to purchase a conventional Windows 7 Home Premium license (Full Version) and then update the Windows product key.

The Key is from an Acer machine for preinstallation by the manufacturer
Your motherboard is a Retail ECS one from 18 months prior to the release of Windows 7
The installation is counterfeit.
You will need to reinstall using genuine media and Key.

Thanks for the post Carey. I had a fealing it was going to be that way. Was hoping to be able to simply swap some hardware. I admit, I was lazy when I bought the eMachine; back to building em barebone up
