    Liebe Community; vielleicht hat jemand eine Idee/Lösung: Ich habe seit einiger Zeit die Herausforderung, dass ich im CRM 2013 die Angebote und Aufträge nicht mehr öffnen kann: es erscheint eine weiße Seite; schaltet man den Debugger ein, kommt folgende Meldung beim Laden: "Die Eigenschaft "ClientVariables" eines undefinierten oder Nullverweises kann nicht abgerufen werden" . 

    Hat jemand das gleiche Problem und konnte schon eine Lösung finden?

    Danke im Voraus.

    Hi Jan,

    however by the error (ClientVariables) looks like it is by a crm internal script, that error normally popups when the CRM is upgraded from a previous version like CRM 4.0

    Please post your question in English with some screenshots and more details about the error, or post in the German forum.

    Hi,

    thanks for the hint; Sorry, I´m new to this forum, so I thought that I´m using the german one. Nonetheless, I have the following problem: sometimes CRM 2013 gives me an error when opening quote or order forms: 

    "Unable to get property 'ClientVariables' of undefined or null reference"

    and shows a blank page.

    I don´t have any idea what it really is. I also don´t think that it could be caused by custom code, because I often can open quote and order forms without getting this error.

    Any idea what it could be? Is anybody else experiencing the same issue?

    Hello,

    We are facing the same issue. We recently upgraded to CRM 2015 from CRM 2013 and getting a blank screen for all entity records when we log in with the user having our custom security role. However, when given System Administrator role or any OOB security role (e.g.: Salesperson) everything works as expected.

    Loading of entity records fails only for our custom security roles.

    Please let us know if there is any resolution to this issue.
