Language doesn't go away.

  (I couldn't find the forum category that matches this and I'm sorry i just hope someone can help.) When I was setting up Windows 10 I chose Bulgarian as additional language and it doesn't show on the languages in setting. When I add it and remove it though it goes away, and the next day it's back. Who can help?
