Compatibility issue IE 10 with CRM 4.0

Question
-
Recently got Windows 8 with IE 10 as its default browser. Since then I get the following problem with CRM 4.0:
1- Say you have an account as a parent record with one or more child accounts or even cases, opportunities etc... each of these child records may have a different owner than owner of the parent record
2- Go to the description field or the parent account, add something and save, nothing will happen, so far so good.
3- Once you exceed the 2000 characters for the description filed you get a message alerting you that you have exceeded the 2000 limit.
4- Reduce the text to be 2000 or less characters so that you can save it, once it is saved, the owner of all child records will be changed to the owner of the parent account.
5- Tested IE 10 on Windows 7 and same result above. IE 9 does not have this problem, I compared the settings of IE 9 with IE 10 and they look almost the same.
Any suggestion?
Thanks!

I tested and saw the same behavior. I'm not sure it is worth logging a bug with Microsoft as IE 10 with CRM 4.0 doesn't officially yet appear to be supported.

I have found another bug with IE 10. For example there's a disabled field on the form, when you click on the field you get the little X mark at the end of the textbox, if you click it clears the field even though it's disabled and then you can save the form and it will submit the cleared field successfully to the database.

Hello All,
I don't find any other updates from Microsoft on this. Anyone have any workaround on these issues?
Thanks,
Ravi
