List of Entities and Attributes

Is there a list of entities and attributes for Dynamics CRM 4.0? I want to be able to match my data to what is available in Dynamics CRM. I have a spreadsheet with 19 tables and their fields. I want to match each of my tables to the appropriate entity before using the import wizard. Out of curiosity, do people feel this is the best approach?
