    How to modify Sitemap in Microsoft dynamics CRM

    Hi Benarji,

    To Modify the sitemap you go to the export customizations and locate the Sitemap entity.

    Export the sitemap and edit in an XML editor, when finished, you can them import your sitemap and apply the changes to CRM.

    If it is for CRM 2011, Microsoft have released a SiteMap Editor, it is a managed solution.

    Hi,

    If you using crm 2011 you can modify or edit your sitemap using sitemap editor.  U can download the tool from dynamic marketplace.
