I love SyncToy, BUT

  Why can't SyncToy recognize files removed form the target directory and replace them?

  Why does SyncToy rely so heavily on the sync file and require that sync pairs be recreated when this file does not exist for any reason?

  Why are these sync files required? Why is there not an option to omit this file and treat every "Run" as new?

  These problems are so simple yet these problems sill exist. I do not understand.
